Teacher/Classroom Grants

Inspiring Innovation. Enriching Learning. Supporting Students.
Have a great idea for your classroom? Let’s help make it happen!

The Southwest Preparatory School Education Foundation is excited to support SWPREP teachers and staff through our Teacher/Classroom Grant Program.
Grants of up to $1,000 may be awarded to help bring creative ideas to life—from hands-on learning experiences and innovative classroom resources to student projects, STEM, literacy, Fine Arts, CTE, and more.

Your Big Ideas Start with the Big Give!
Teacher/Classroom Grants are supported through the Big Give, our annual community fundraising campaign. When our staff, families, campuses, and community supporters participate in the Big Give, they help put resources directly back into SWPREP classrooms.

This year, we’re giving for our teachers, our classrooms, and our students!**

How Grants Are Selected
Applications are reviewed by the Education Foundation Grant Selection Committee. Strong applications clearly identify a student need, explain the educational goals and expected impact, provide a realistic budget, and demonstrate a creative or innovative approach to learning.

Grant recipients must follow district purchasing procedures, use funds for the approved project, implement the project during the designated timeframe, and share a brief reflection, outcomes, and photos.

Dream It. Apply for It. Make an Impact.
Your idea could be the next great thing happening in a SWPREP classroom!
