Early College High School at Texas A&M University-San Antonio
SMALL BY DESIGN, BIG ON PERSONAL ATTENTION. STUDENTS ARE NEVER JUST A NUMBER.
With the rising cost of college, our Northwest Early College High School (ECHS) offers an incredible opportunity for your child. ECHS is an innovative program that allows high school students to earn both a high school diploma and a two-year associate's degree—or up to two years' credit toward a bachelor's degree—while still in high school, saving both time and money.
The benefits of our Northwest Early College High School are numerous. Students not only complete their high school education but also work on essential, real-world skills like developing a strong work ethic and time management. They also get a head start on college by attending in-person classes on the Texas A&M University-San Antonio Campus.
Our students receive personalized support, making the transition from high school to college smoother. Academic advisors provide one-on-one guidance to help each student grow and succeed, both academically and personally.
If you’d like to learn more about Northwest Early College High School, we encourage you to contact our ECHS Director, Lesley Carr, or call us at 210.432.2634. The best way to get to know us is to visit our high school, located on the beautiful Texas A&M University-San Antonio campus, and meet our teachers and students. Tours are available throughout the school year.
We look forward to meeting you and helping you discover all that Northwest Early College High School has to offer.
