The Southwest Winners Foundation Teacher Certification Scholarship Program supports current Southwest Preparatory School employees pursuing teacher certification and additional certification areas. Through this initiative, the Foundation is investing in the growth of future educators already serving our students and school communities each day.
This scholarship opportunity is designed to help strengthen Southwest Preparatory School’s commitment to academic excellence by supporting employees working toward certification in high-need instructional areas. Scholarship funding may assist with certification coursework, program tuition, testing fees, and required materials, depending on available funding and program needs.

Selection Process
- Applications will be reviewed using a structured evaluation process that considers:
- Employment history and job performance
- Alignment to district staffing needs
- Certification program quality and timeline
- Candidate readiness and commitment
- Supervisor recommendation
- Commitment to serving Southwest Preparatory School students
Funding is limited, and not all applicants may be selected.
