Welcome to our Seguin After School Program, a fun, structured, and enriching environment for students in PreK through 5th grade, offered from school dismissal until 6:00 PM each day.

 

We are committed to providing a safe, supervised space where students can complete homework, build friendships, and participate in engaging activities.

 

To ensure a positive and enriching experience, students in the After School Care Program are expected to:

  1. Be responsible for their actions.
  2. Follow school rules during the program.
  3. Stay with their assigned group and staff at all times.
  4. Take care of materials and equipment, returning them before using new ones.

Program Hours

  • Regular School Days: From dismissal to 6:00 PM
  • Early Release Days: Extended care is provided at no extra charge

 

Tuition & Fees (2025-2026)

Fee Type Amount
Registration Fee $25 per child (non-refundable)
Weekly Tuition $40 per child

 

Sibling Discounts

*Monthly total based on a typical 4-week month. Rates adjust based on the number of weeks per month.

 

No proration for short weeks or absences. Tuition is non-refundable.

 

Payments & Late Payment Fees

  • Payments are due by the 5th of each month

  • Online payment option available (link coming soon)

  • Acceptable forms: Online, cash, or check (payable to Southwest Preparatory School)

  • $15 late fee will be applied after the 5th

  • After 2 missed payments, the student may be withdrawn from the program

 

Late Pick-Up Policy

We understand that emergencies happen, but repeated late pick-ups disrupt the program and staffing.

Any student picked up after 6:00 PM more than five times in a month will be withdrawn from the program.

Late Pick-Up Warnings:

  • 2nd Late: First warning issued (email sent)

  • 3rd Late: Second warning issued (email sent)

  • 4th Late: Third warning issued (email sent)

  • 5th Late: Student withdrawn from program (no refund)
