Southwest Preparatory School holds a special place in my heart. My introduction to the school and its leadership was divinely guided, and I feel blessed to be part of a team of passionate and dedicated educators who truly put students first.

Since joining Southwest Preparatory School, I have had the opportunity to serve in several roles across the district. Today, my work includes Accounts Payable as well as Communications and Community Relations. While those responsibilities may look very different, both allow me to support the people who make our schools successful. I especially enjoy sharing the stories of our students and staff, strengthening community connections, and helping our district operate effectively behind the scenes.

I was born and raised in Music City—Nashville, Tennessee—and earned my bachelor's degree in Communications, with an emphasis in Theatre Arts and Performance, from Belmont University. I also served for more than five years as Co-Founder and Artistic Director of the San Antonio affiliate of Christian Youth Theater, where I had the privilege of helping young people discover their talents, build confidence, and grow through the performing arts.

I am married to my best friend, Scott, and together we have raised three incredible children. Outside of work, I enjoy singing jazz with my husband in our group, Choo-Cha Booch, producing the Bible Mysteries podcast, and spending time with my family.

I am proud to be part of the Southwest Preparatory School family and grateful for the opportunity to support our students, staff, families, and community.
