Bully Reporting

Bully Reporting: Promoting a Safe and Respectful Learning Environment
At Southwest Preparatory School, we are committed to fostering a safe and inclusive learning environment where every student is treated with dignity, respect, and equality. We hold high standards for both academic achievement and behavior, ensuring that every student has the opportunity to thrive in a positive, supportive atmosphere.
Our Commitment to Addressing Bullying and Harassment
SWPS takes a strong stance against all forms of bullying, cyberbullying, sexual harassment, dating violence, and sexual violence. We believe every student and employee should feel secure and respected, free from fear of harm. All allegations related to these issues are treated with the utmost seriousness. The district is dedicated to investigating all reports thoroughly and fairly, ensuring that the rights of both victims and alleged perpetrators are protected throughout the process.
How to Report Bullying and Harassment
If you or your child believe you have experienced bullying, harassment, or victimization by fellow students or SWPS staff, we encourage you to report the incident promptly. Reports can be made confidentially to the campus principal or another trusted school official. SWPS will make every effort to handle your complaint in a thorough and just manner.
To file a formal complaint, students and parents can use the designated forms provided for reporting and documenting actions taken by school officials. Additionally, SWPS complies with David’s Law, allowing students, parents, and guardians to anonymously report bullying incidents via our website at www.swprep.org or by using the "bully box" located on each campus.
How to Report:
Email: [email protected]
Anonymous Report: Via the school website or bully box
We are dedicated to protecting the safety and well-being of all our students and ensuring that every report is taken seriously, investigated, and resolved appropriately.
