Help Turn Teachers’ Big Ideas Into Opportunities for SWPREP Students

The Big Give is September 23–24! Your donation will help SWPREP teachers bring innovative projects, resources, and learning experiences directly into their classrooms.

What could a teacher do with an additional $1,000 for students?

Purchase hands-on STEM materials. Build a classroom library. Provide intervention resources. Create a Fine Arts or CTE project. Introduce a new learning experience that engages students and helps them succeed.

Through this year’s Big Give campaign, the Southwest Preparatory School Education Foundation is raising funds for the SWPREP Teacher/Classroom Grant Program. These grants give educators an opportunity to request funding for creative projects, instructional materials, and student experiences that may not be available through the regular school budget.

Our teachers see their students’ needs every day. They know where an additional resource, new approach, or special experience could make a meaningful difference. The Teacher/Classroom Grant Program gives them the opportunity to dream big—and gives our community the opportunity to help bring those ideas to life.

The largest portion of the funds raised will support campus Teacher/Classroom Grants. Additional funds will support student needs, districtwide innovation, and the continued work of the Education Foundation.
