Hello,

I am Ms. Merced; This will be my 4th year working with Southwest Preparatory. I am currently a 3rd grade teacher. I have been in education for 9+ years, While working at SWP I have been a Substitute Teacher, Instructional Assistant, and a Math Interventionist. I was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas, but have had the opportunity to venture out and explore other States. I graduated from Ithaca College in Ithaca, New York, afterwards I lived in Los Angeles, California for two years. However, nothing beats Texas tacos, family, and floating down the river. I look forward to continuing to work with your children at SWP.
