We hope you all are doing well and staying safe. Our Southwest Preparatory family is very important to us, and we’d like to communicate the pathway for continuing to deliver instruction to our students during the time we are closed.
Beginning Monday, March 23rd, all students are expected to begin completing learning assignments. The great news is that we already use these programs as a supplemental resource at school. Your child will need internet access and a technological device. The online programs that we will be using will be listed below according to each grade level. Students will continue to receive grades and support in these online learning programs. Currently, the minimum expectation will be two assignments per week for each subject.
We understand that questions and needs will arise. If you need to speak to your child’s teacher, feel free to contact them through your preferred method of communication. All parent phone calls made to Registrars in the front office (210) 829-8017 will be routed to your child’s teacher or administration and your phone call will be returned.
You will receive additional information, guidance, and resources from your home campus as we continue to adjust in order to make sure we meet the needs of all of our students.
Parents will need to notify their home campus if they need a low technology option, otherwise, all online assignments will be completed through the following programs:
