Why I Teach:

I’ve had some amazing English and Reading teachers who inspired a lifelong love of literature and reading in me. I wish to inspire that same love in others.

My Educational Philosophy:

I believe in an authentic classroom experience grounded in competent teaching, high interest assignments and readings with regular practice in practical skills. It’s important to me that students grow to be lifelong readers.

Interesting Fact:

I love to crochet, read science fiction/fantasy novels, watch anime and play video games.

My favorite TV show is the cartoon series, “Chowder.”
