August 23rd is the first day of school
In preparation for school year 2010-2011, Southwest Preparatory School returning students will visit their campus to complete the registration process and pick up their class schedule between August 3 through August 6, 2010. IF YOU WILL BE A NEW STUDENT, registration will begin on Monday, August 9 and extend through Friday, August 20, 8 am to 5 pm as listed below. CLICK HERE FOR THE NEW STUDENT ENROLLMENT PACKET. (Please print and fill out.)
For your enrollment packet to be placed on the waiting list, it must be completed with all supporting documentation. Please make sure to bring the following documentation when you come to fill out your enrollment packet:
1. Proof of Residency (Utility, Telephone, or Property Tax bill; Driver license is not acceptable)
2. Copy of Social Security Card
3. Copy of Proof of Identity (driver's license, passport, military ID, transcripts, report card, birth records, adoption record)
4. Transcripts (official or unofficial), testing records, CSR, TAKS scores, PGP, Career Pathway Portfolio and Special Education records
5. Shot records indicating current immunizations
6. Proof of Guardianship, if applicable (if student does not live with parents)
